Responsibilities

• Organizes products for shipment and maintains shipping logs.
• Verifies job, part numbers, photos and counts.
• Enters data into the Work Order Tracking System with notes.
• Generates packing lists and certifications for shipment.
• Processes online shipping with carriers and uses UPS/FedEx sites.
• Delivers shipping documents for billing, on time.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
