Loop is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product team in the United States. You will own the team’s technical direction, delivery, and hire decisions while partnering with Product and Design to build high‑quality software. This role emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and a culture of trust.

You’ll balance features, tech debt, and innovation work, promote AI adoption, and drive engineering fundamentals across the team. Collaboration with Product and Design is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software teams.
• Hands-on software engineering experience with architectural decisions.
• Experience with AI agents as part of the workflow.
• Strong Agile / SCRUM practices and shipping high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an autonomous, high-performing engineering team.
• Own shipping and logistics domain end-to-end and related systems.
• Set team direction, priorities, and delivery processes.
• Champion AI adoption and review AI-generated work with rigor.
• Ensure engineering fundamentals: TDD, SOLID, sustainable delivery.
