Hussmann is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily administrative and operational activities within the Shipping department. The role involves preparing and processing shipping documentation, verifying products and quantities, updating records, and coordinating movement of finished products for shipment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and pass pre-employment screening. Basic math, MS Office and inventory tracking skills are preferred, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment screening including background check, physical assessment, and lift test required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, verify products and quantities against shipping orders, update shipping records, and coordinate movement of finished products for shipment.
• Communicate with Shipping, Production, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Maintain organized records and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, following safety, quality, and shipping procedures.
