Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics coursework preferred.
• Experience preparing shipping documents and carrier coordination.
• Knowledge of domestic and basic international shipping; export awareness preferred.
• Forklift certification required or able to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments to meet delivery commitments.
• Prepare packing slips, bills of lading, export docs.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, lot traceability, labeling.
• Ensure proper packaging, palletization, weight limits, safe loading.
• Schedule carrier pickups and manage freight quotes.
• Process shipping in ERP and update inventory relief.
• Maintain shipping records for audits and traceability.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Support ITAR/EAR export compliance where applicable.
• Collaborate with Quality to verify certifications and docs.
• Assist audits, visits, and internal inspections related to shipping.
• Communicate priorities with Production, Planning, Customer Service, Materials.
• Escalate risks to on-time delivery and capacity.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce shipping errors and costs.
