Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Shipping Clerk - Associate for our Garden Grove, CA plant. The role involves preparing shipments, receiving goods, and using RF scanners in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting.

You will work 1st or 2nd shift, with occasional overtime and weekend hours; the job offers an hourly wage of $20.50 plus a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, and requires Hi-Lo certification or training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Hi-Lo certification preferred and training provided.
• 1 year of experience with overlength freight preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Drug screen and background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prep, and stage orders to ship using an rf scanner.
• Packaging and labeling of freight; apply shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; inspect goods.
• Move product from production to stock using rf scanner.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep assigned area clean daily.
• Safely load/unload products for customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
