Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join Foster Manufacturing on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm). Responsibilities include pulling and packing parts from inventory to fulfill customer orders, bagging parts as needed, and restocking bins for efficient warehouse flow.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, read and write English, and pass a basic skills test as required. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team on 1st shift at Foster Manufacturing!

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: 1st 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary

Pull and pack parts from inventory to fulfill customer orders.

Essential Functions Of Job

• Filling orders according to packing lists
• Bag parts as needed for orders
• Packing parts for shipment
• Re-stocking bins/shelves

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass Basic Skills test as required by ISO
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Ability to stand for 8 hours each day
• Ability and willing to lift 10-50 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally with frequent bending
• Required to read and write English, follow verbal and written instructions and use simple math
• Must be self- motivated and organized
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping software is desirable

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and/or sit and reach with hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Must wear required hearing and/or eye protection.
