Responsibilities

• Package parts and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Use computer software, portals, and systems to track, review, prioritize, and route orders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (pick slips, bills of lading, ASNs).
• Coordinate flow of packages from prep to shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect labels, barcodes, packaging, and details before shipping.
• Work with warehouse, purchasing, and management to keep shipping operations running.
• Research and help resolve issues related to shipped orders.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements, and regulations.
• Communicate shipping activity, concerns, and issues to management.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
