Job summary

MAXIMUM Business Consulting, LLC in Manheim, PA is seeking a hands-on Shipping Associate to pull and prepare orders for shipping, box or palletize items, and assist with general warehouse duties. This first-shift role runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.

Safety is priority; steel-toe footwear required; lifting 50 lbs+ is part of the job, with potential for wage growth after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with power tools is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders for shipping.
• Ship items via box or pallet orders using established procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
• Assist with loading customer items as required.
• Ensure shipping area is kept clean and organized.

Skills

Lift 50 lbs+

Power tools experience

Forklift experience (a plus)
