What You Will Be Doing:

Work as a member of the shipping/loading team. This position requires an individual to match orders to picking list and load material on to trucks for next day delivery. The person filling this position must be adaptable to ever changing business environments and departmental need changes as well as inter departmental, general business and customer communication and confidentiality. This position is an hourly Non-Exempt position and will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Skills You Bring:

• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production facility, preferred
• Previous forklift experience a plus
• Reliability
• Must be able to lift 75lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to lift up to 150lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to push weights greater than 150lbs with a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to communicate as a member of a team.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must possess good hand-eye coordination and be detail oriented.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
