Company Description

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is looking to add Loaders to our Shipping team. This position is responsible for properly loading the trucks with finished cabinetry for delivery while maintaining organization and ensuring product quality.

1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (must be available for possible Daily OT and Friday OT as needed)

PAY:

• Starting at $20.25 and may vary based on previous experience
• $1.50/hr shift differential offered for off-shifts
• Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift
• Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 a year

Job Description

Responsible for manually loading finished cabinets onto trucks for delivery using hand trucks, stacking product to ensure quality is maintained through the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (10 -12 hour shifts)
• Ability to use computers, scanners and other technology.
• Attention to detail
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
