Job summary

Bull Moose Tube Company in Trenton, GA is hiring a full-time Shipping Lift Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. You will load steel tube bundles using an 8,000 lb forklift and a 10T overhead crane, and work in pairs to move bundles to trailers.

The role requires reading pick sheets, operating scanners, and applying boards to secure loads. Expect physical, hands-on work in a non-climate controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read micrometer/caliper/gages preferred.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious work approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Locate steel tube bundles in warehouse using pick slips and load onto trailers with 10T crane and forklift.
• Operate 10T overhead crane remotely; assist loading trailers with a partner.
• Load bundles onto trailers using an 8,000lb forklift; scan bundle tags with an electric scanner.
• Secure loads with boards and blocks, perform handling at heights and between bundles.
• Operate bandsaw and related equipment; measure and cut tubing as per pick sheet.
• Follow safety procedures and work within non-climate controlled facility.
