Job summary

Bull Moose Tube in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring a full-time Material Handler/Shipping & Receiving. Responsibilities include staging loads using customer pick sheets, loading pipe and tubing bundles onto outbound trailers with overhead crane, and unloading incoming shipments into the plant warehouse.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year overhead crane or forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and good math and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of overhead crane or forklift experience.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Computer literacy required.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use customer pick sheet to stage loads for shipping.
• Load pipe and tubing bundles onto outbound trailers using overhead crane, spreader bar, pry bar, nylon slings, and forklift if needed.
• Unload pipe and tubing bundles from incoming shipments and store in the plant warehouse.
• Block loads and operate forklift as needed.
• Cooperate with others to ensure productive relationships and follow company policies.
