Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to provide leadership to Warehouse Associates in distribution processes. This is an opening shift from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, directing workflow when supervision is absent, ensuring on-time delivery with accuracy metrics, and motivating the team to achieve goals while handling material movement and related tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of distribution experience and 2 years in a Warehouse Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in promoting a safe work environment and correct unsafe acts.
• Organize and direct workflow for the team when the supervisor is unavailable.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy metrics to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Motivate and assist the team to meet and exceed goals and metrics.
• Move materials within the warehouse and support other distribution activities as directed.
