Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the position with people/projects management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving team; ensure smooth flow of load to trailers.
• Prepare and issue Bill of Lading and invoices.
• Coordinate trailer loading and carrier communications; ensure on-time collection/loading.
• Maintain SQF compliance and food safety practices; report deviations promptly.
