Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shipping and receiving teams
• Guide the flow of loading finished product to trailers
• Communicate instructions to equipment in the warehouse
• Coordinate trailer loading locations
• Prepare Bill of Lading and invoices
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection/loading
• Review operator and carrier data in tracking system
• Uphold SQF food safety requirements
• Escalate deviations to management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
