Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Norfolk, VA on a Sunday-Thursday shift (12:00 pm–8:30 pm). You will lead picker/packer staff to meet shipping deadlines, coordinate with Shipping Supervisors, and keep the dock and receiving areas organized and efficient.

The role requires a high school diploma, dependable attendance, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and prior warehouse experience. Competitive starting pay is $22 per hour with benefits including 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead picker/packer personnel to ship orders by deadlines.
• Communicate daily with Shipping Supervisors on concerns and questions.
• Print orders and sort by priority.
• Train and lead employees on picking and packing procedures.
• Delegate work to shipping staff and ensure dock areas are clean.
• Maintain Receiving Log and procedures.
