RK Supply in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee outbound shipping, lead a team, and coordinate with transportation providers. You will ensure accurate, timely shipments and maintain documentation within ERP/WMS systems.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety in a fast-paced distribution center. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of DC/warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities and familiar with ERP/WMS and MS Office.

• Supervises outbound shipping operations and staff.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and carrier coordination.
• Strong communication and problem solving required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily outbound shipping operations including picking, packing, staging and loading.
• Lead, train, schedule and evaluate shipping team members.
• Ensure orders ship accurately and on time per requirements.
• Coordinate shipping schedules with carriers and internal departments.
• Maintain shipping documentation and system transactions in ERP/WMS.
• Identify shipping discrepancies and support inventory accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA standards.
