Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 150 lbs is required.
• Must comply with Havertys safety requirements.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout shift.
• Attention to detail is critical for quality checks.
• Team player mindset is required.
• Must pass Criminal Background check, Lifting Assessment, and Drug Test.
• Previous warehouse supervisor or lead experience is a plus.
• Must complete and understand all company-sponsored safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare furniture for delivery by performing various duties.
• Review and work the To Do List by route to ensure product meets customers' expectations before loading.
• Document training materials and special inspection instructions using MDC before verification in the chute.
• Direct the team with the shipping supervisor to meet standards and productivity.
• Use MDC to review delivery exceptions and direct workflow.
