Job summary

SEMO Milling, LLC is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee load-out schedules, packaging, and sanitation in our production facility. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a Class A CDL with company-paid training; a CDL bonus applies with active CDL.

You’ll monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with SOPs, while leading a small team and coordinating with Operations. Salary is competitive and benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shipping/bulk loading experience preferred.
• Team oriented and able to lead others.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Card, and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute the shipping process as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to packaging, load-out and mill production schedules.
• Partake in daily inventory processes and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean and inspection-ready work environment.
• Lead in continuous improvement programs and SOP adherence.
