Responsibilities

• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
• Investigate issues regarding shipped orders.
• Ensure information is logged accurately daily.
• Ensure shipments are loaded timely and accurately.
• Maintain safety, security, quality, housekeeping and sanitation programs.
• Follow SOPs, policies and safety rules.
• Open/Close the floor and support operations as needed.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:45pm to 6:30am, 7:30am on Friday and Saturday as neededShipping LeadSummary:The Shipping Lead assists in overseeing the daily functions of our fast pace fulfillment department by meeting daily customer/client demands. They are responsible for keeping up to date on all small carrier changes, regulations and customer needs.
