Job summary

Inpro in the Milwaukee area is seeking a capable Distribution Lead to support the Shipping Supervisor and ensure domestic and international shipments meet quality and safety standards.

The role involves assisting with shippers, printing orders, packing, maintaining ISO standards, and promoting safety, with hours Monday–Friday 7 am–3 pm and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• One leadership class - in house
• Must be computer literate
• Leadership ability
• Have an understanding of NetSuite
• Ability to train new employees
• Ability to comprehend written and/or verbal communications
• Ability to do one-on-ones

Job Relationships

• Reports to Freight Shipping Supervisor
• Works with traffic department
• Communicates/helps with Shipping Analyst
• Work as a lead on the floor

Authority

• Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance
• To enforce company policies and procedures
• Delegate responsibility and move personnel to needed work areas
• Make decisions on product conformance to specifications
• Make logical decisions based on experience and or company policy

Hours: Monday -Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, and overtime as needed.
