InPro Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support the Distribution team. You will assist the Freight Shipping Supervisor with domestic and international shipments, ensure order flow, and maintain quality and safety standards on the floor.

Responsibilities include assisting UPS/freight shippers, printing orders, packing, and leading on the floor while promoting ISO and safety protocols. A high school diploma and basic leadership exposure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One in-house leadership class completed.
• Must be computer literate and able to train others.

Responsibilities

Assist the Distribution Supervisor in managing all IPC & Ascend shipping functions (domestic & international), as well as ensure continuous quality, safety, leadership & customer service.

• Call in for trailer swaps if needed

Job Specifications

Job Relationships

• Work as a lead on the floor

Authority

• Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance
• To enforce company policies and procedures
• Delegate responsibility and move personnel to needed work areas
• Make decisions on product conformance to specifications
• Make logical decisions based on experience and or company policy

Hours

Monday -Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, and overtime as needed.
