The Shipping Lead is responsible for leading the daily shipping operations while promoting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment. This position coordinates the loading of trucks and railcars, ensures product quality and shipping accuracy, supports Shipping Supervisors, and provides leadership to shipping team members. The Shipping Lead is expected to model Huber's safety culture while meeting production and customer service goals
