Job summary

Global Packaging Group is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the shipping department, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficient material flow. You will manage receiving, storage, and cycle counts, coordinate with multiple teams, and help develop budgets while maintaining safety and ISO procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience, strong MAS 500 and MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years related experience.
• Experience supervising shipping personnel and coordinating inventories.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and ISO procedures.
• Proficiency with MAS 500 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping department staff and processes to ensure accurate inventory.
• Oversee receiving, storage, counting, and retrieval activities.
• Coordinate with order processing, manufacturing, QA, and distribution.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for department needs.
• Maintain 5S and safety guidelines across the warehouse.
• Ensure MAS500 transactions are recorded promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement and adoption of new equipment.
