The Role

We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. This is not a passive role. You will be the last set of hands on every order before it reaches a customer, and that matters. You will own accuracy, speed, and organization across the full outbound shipping operation: handling everything from scanning and labeling to carrier coordination and international documentation.

Success here is measured by throughput, accuracy, and the absence of problems. Orders go out right. Records are clean. The floor stays organized. That is the job.

What You Will Own

• Pick, pack, and prepare certified pre-owned devices and accessories for outbound shipment with speed and accuracy.
• Process and ship packages through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL using shipping software.
• Accurately scan, label, and document all outbound packages.
• Verify packing slips against shipping lines to confirm all items are accounted for before handoff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to stay ahead of high-volume outgoing orders and arrange carrier pickups as needed.
• Prepare and organize international shipping documents, including commercial invoices and customs forms.
• Maintain detailed shipping records and keep tracking information current.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues including tracking errors and delivery delays.
• Communicate proactively with carriers and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area and handle all products with care.

What We Are Looking For

• You move quickly. Urgency is your default, not something you have to be reminded of.
• You are physically ready for the work. Unloading trucks, lifting 50lb boxes, staying on your feet for 7 hours daily: you do not wait to be asked.
• You are organized in the ways that matter: carrier separation is maintained, your workstation is stocked, and the shipping floor stays clean.
• You have strong attention to detail. You catch what others miss before it becomes a problem.
• You are comfortable with basic computer systems and can learn new shipping software quickly.
• You communicate well and work effectively with the people around you.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus but not required. We will provide full training.
