Shipping & Inventory Specialist - Conshohocken, PA

We are seeking a motivated Shipping Technician to join our team full-time in Conshohocken, PA.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily shipping operations and inventory needs for customers.
2. Handle product shipments and inventory tasks such as incoming product inspection, returns, and preparing careLOG boxes.
3. Stock shelves with products and related supplies.
4. Maintain inventory management and reporting, including daily shipping via Zoho Inventory.
5. Inspect and receive incoming inventory, ensuring quality standards.
6. Manage inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and monitor critical stock levels.
7. Coordinate with customers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
8. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA, AATB, ISO, and internal policies.
10. Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
11. Work flexibly outside normal hours as needed with prior notice.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with shipping and inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and document work clearly.
• Strong project management skills; knowledge of tissue processing industry and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or inventory management; substitutions for education and experience are available.
• Background clearance required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Range: $25/hour

Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and PTO.
