Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activities. You will coordinate shipments, maintain system transactions in SAP/ERP, and communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

This role requires strong organizational and data-entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/inventory systems.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities in accordance with established schedules and priorities.
• Check drivers in and out of the facility and provide required shipping documentation.
• Coordinate shipment appointments and communicate scheduling changes with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Direct drivers to appropriate docks, staging locations, and loading areas.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or issues to Warehouse leadership.
• Support Distribution Coordinators with daily transportation and shipping activities.
