Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking a Shipping Associate to support warehouse operations in Sioux Falls, SD. You will manage shipping and receiving, prepare packing lists and bills of lading, and coordinate transfers with multiple departments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in a related field. Proficiency with Excel and shipping software is preferred, with the ability to work daily and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of related shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with FedEx WorldShip and standard shipping software preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work daily and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving: Prepare packing lists and shipping documents.
• Move inventory by scheduling transfers and coordinating with departments.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to departments as needed.
• Maintain organized storage and improve layout for efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Generate daily shipping reports and related documents.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvements.
• Presence in the workplace is essential.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
