Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator in Georgia to enter, track, and analyze all product and material data, acting as the primary contact for warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory control. The role supports daily distribution reports and maintains critical tracking logs.

Responsibilities include managing electronic receipts, processing receiving PO information, and coordinating warehouse functions to ensure accurate inventory and timely project readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory preferred.
• Ability to pass internal forklift certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track all product and materials data; analyze for accuracy.
• Maintain and update inventory records and tracking logs.
• Process electronic receipts for equipment and products on arrival.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse functions.
• Enter receiving PO information and virtual shipments.
• Pull inventory for order prep and staging on project pallets.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and keep documentation up to date.
• Answer calls and emails; assist customers, clients, vendors as needed.
