CMC is seeking a versatile warehouse/operator candidate to join our team. You will operate forklift and other equipment, assemble and load orders, and assist with shipping while upholding CMC safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Expect rotating shifts, potential overtime, and a supportive training culture at CMC.

Qualifications

• Team player in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in extreme conditions (temperature, dust, noise, and elevated areas).
• Basic computer skills and dependable attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask.
• Overtime and rotating shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, yard truck and other mobile equipment.
• Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping using overhead cranes.
• Assist in filling work/shipping orders.
• Communicate production issues and needs to the team.
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are filled out each shift.
• Support continuous improvement in work methods and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems using knowledge and teamwork.
