Job summary

Lantech is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Associate to ensure accurate picking, staging, and preparation of customer orders. You will support incoming deliveries and inventory, while cross-training across shipping functions.

You will work in a team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality procedures, and overtime as needed to meet production and shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Process pick ticket orders according to customer requirements.
• Pick and prepare items accurately for customer orders.
• Stage items for shipment and load/unload delivery trucks safely.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and maintain organized shipping area.
• Cross-train in shipping and inventory functions and support production schedules.
