Job summary

Amcor is seeking team members for a Fremont, OH location to load/unload trailers, manage outbound shipments, and maintain dock safety on a 12-hour straight night shift (6:55pm–7:10am), 3–4 days per week with a full calendar year of schedules.

Pay ranges $20.06–$23.73/hour with a $0.50 night shift premium and 1.5x overtime for hours over 40, plus comprehensive benefits and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic math, computer skills, and RF scanning proficiency.
  • Ability to complete Amcor Forklift Certification and Shipping Handling training.
  • Flexibility to work weekends when needed.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trailers of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare and print picklists, load lists, and truck lists using SAP.
  • Inspect shipments and trailers for damage, contamination, or cleanliness.
  • Stage outbound shipments according to assigned BOL and pick lists.
  • Seal, secure, stretch wrap, and/or band materials as needed.
  • Label inbound materials accurately and store in proper locations.
  • Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and location updates.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized dock and warehouse areas.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Support plant operations as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or team leader.
  • Follow all safety, GMP, Food Safety, and operational procedures.

What you’ll do:
