Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, located in Gorham, ME, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. You will handle receiving, sorting, documentation, and packing for shipping, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school degree and 2 years in shipping/fulfillment, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a shipping/fulfillment warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Flexible team player mentality, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and document finished goods into the shipping warehouse.
• Provide and verify accurate information for daily cycle counts.
• Process transactions in computer software and fulfill finished materials to customer orders.
• Package goods in preparation for shipping, including custom labeling, and check orders for accuracy against packing list.
• Ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and USPS integrated systems.
• Operate a pallet jack.
• Embody flexibility to fill in for others and take additional responsibilities.
• Follow all safety codes and adhere to all department processes and policies.
