Description

The Area Coordinator 1 (AC1) is a hands‑on team leader responsible for executing floor‑level tasks, directing the flow of work, and supporting seasonal and temporary employees through training, coaching, and task coordination.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements (Essential Functions)

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active warehouse environment
  • Fast‑paced warehouse setting with temperature changes and moving equipment.
  • Standard shifts with overtime required during seasonal peaks.
