Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage shipping, receiving, dock and cooler ops.
• Must have strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, loading/unloading and cooler/dock ops for the shift.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure plant security and prevent theft.
• Learn and apply USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GPM policies for compliance.
• Uphold safety programs and conduct hazard inspections.
• Monitor operations to meet quality standards and regulations.
• Implement cost-saving measures and promote efficiency.
• Coordinate departmental activities to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide leadership to achieve company goals and ensure customer service.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
