Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Shipping Office Coordinator to manage records for grocery and perishable shipping, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely dispatch across our distribution network.

You will maintain logs, generate load tickets, coordinate with loaders, and work with supervision and labor providers to balance workloads. A prep for this role includes strong communication, data entry, and warehouse readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Education required or equivalent.
• Familiarity with WMS3000, CAMS and YMS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read numeric product identifiers and records.
• Willingness to work in a distribution environment with varying temperatures.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate shipping office records and logs (seals, manifests, trailer tracking).
• Create load tickets for loaders and ensure stores receive proper paperwork.
• Maintain steady workflow for lifting and replenishment tasks.
• Track store selection completion and timing for missed/short cases.
• File records; keep daily shipping logs and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Coordinate breaks and labor with supervision and third-party providers.
• Suggest procedural improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
