Lutron Ketra has immediate openings on our 8:00am-4:30pm shift or 9:30am-6:00pm shift for Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associates of all experience levels at our new Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Austin, TX. In this position you would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high-tech company working in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation.

Responsibilities

• Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment.
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner.
• Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions.
• Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work 8:00am-4:30pm shift or 9:30am-6:00pm shift and overtime as needed.
• Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (preferred).
• Desire to learn additional warehouse equipment (PIT).
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability for continuous learning.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures.
