The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, putting-away, picking, and staging equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, putting-away, picking, and staging equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. The warehouse associate is accountable for the movement of all materials within the warehouse and maintaining the overall appearance while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Position responsibilities may include:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer materials and products without causing damage within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks.
• Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete will calls.
• Accurately complete paperwork and transaction entries in a timely manner.
• Always wear proper PPE and uniform during each shift.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift by following good housekeeping and safety procedures, including pre- and post-shift forklift inspections. Report any concerns immediately to the manager.
• Assist customers and customer service representatives as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass Prove It and driving tests.
• Must be eligible to be forklift certified in-house within 30 days.
• Dependability, teamwork, and positive working relationships.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Experience & Education

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
