Job summary

ITW Pro Brands, located in Olathe, Kansas, seeks a Logistics Clerk to manage cargo flow, prepare customs entries, track shipments, and provide status updates on-site.

The role requires 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. This is a full-time, on-site position within a team focused on efficient distribution and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of office, shipping, or receiving experience preferred (manufacturing experience a plus).
• Available to work a full-time, on-site schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business software.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a physical exam and drug screening.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute pick lists for warehouse orders.
• Coordinate shipments and select the most efficient shipping method.
• Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, and provide paperwork to carriers.
• Verify products, quantities, and condition before shipment.
• Work with Customer Service to resolve missing or duplicate purchase orders.
• Report shipping delays and transportation issues to carriers and management.
• Maintain shipping records, forms, and office supplies.
• Answer phones, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Read and interpret shipping documents, reports, and order information.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
