Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Columbia is seeking a reliable Shipping Coordinator Shift Lead to oversee first-shift shipping operations and support warehouse team members.

You will coordinate daily shipments, verify accuracy and timeliness, assist with loading/unloading, operate forklifts, monitor workflow, and maintain inventory accuracy while promoting safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift materials as needed.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and help meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift materials as needed.
