Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Lake Katrine, NY to support daily shipping, packing, and distribution needs. You will process orders, generate packing slips, enter details into Sage, and coordinate with couriers to keep shipments on time.

The ideal candidate has shipping/logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks. Training is provided for Sage, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Shipping Website, with overtime opportunities and

Qualifications

Experience with shipping and logistics workflows.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to read instructions and maintain neat handwriting.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Process orders and prepare shipments by generating packing slips and entering shipping details into Sage.
Coordinate with couriers and shipping agents, arranging pickups and deliveries while managing shipment schedules.
Track incoming and outgoing packages and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
Create shipping labels and schedule pickups using UPS Worldship and FedEx resources.
Support production tasks when not shipping.
