Job summary

Lippert seeks a Shipping/Delivery Coordinator to complete the daily shipping schedule by tracking in-process loads and communicating with departments involved in chassis delivery. The role emphasizes accurate delivery posting and coordination with contractors and drivers.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and prior manufacturing experience (5 years preferred). The position is full-time and on-site with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing and production is preferred, 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing deliveries.
• Posting daily deliveries by printing a shipper for contractors to deliver.
• Maintain Returned Shippers by scanning to Accounts Payable & File.
• Assist with handling Customer Requests. Coordinate transportation as needed.
• Help guide PDI, Forklift Driver, and Drivers in the right direction.
• Leads coordination with 1-10 people.
