Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.
• Experience in manufacturing and production is preferred with around 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily deliveries and keep shipments on schedule.
• Post daily deliveries for contractors to pick up.
• Maintain Returned Shippers and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Assist with customer requests and arrange transportation as needed.
• Guide PDI, forklift drivers and drivers to align with operations.
• Coordinate with 1–10 people across teams.
