Job summary

Digacore Consulting is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Lakewood, NJ to ensure hardware orders and returns are shipped accurately and tracked diligently. You will work with the Projects and Hardware teams to communicate status, update systems, and resolve delivery issues.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and clear communication. Office hours are 9 am–6 pm EST; prior shipping or warehousing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipping process for hardware orders and returns for our Projects Team.
• Maintain detailed records of all Project Hardware shipments and returns in internal systems.
• Collaborate with coordinators and Projects/Hardware teams to relay shipping statuses and updates.
• Accurately update tickets and documentation related to hardware orders, returns and delivery issues.
• Investigate and follow up on delayed, missing or damaged shipments.
• Oversee the process of returning hardware from clients and track returned items.
• Ensure shipments meet packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.

About the Role:

The primary role of the Shipping Coordinator is to ensure that all hardware orders and returns for new clients are properly shipped and accounted for. The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with other coordinators and members of the Hardware team to communicate the status of hardware, update tickets, and handle delivery issues and returns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipping process for hardware orders and returns for our Projects Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain detailed records of all Project Hardware shipments and returns, ensuring they are properly accounted for in internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with other coordinators and the Projects and Hardware team to relay shipping statuses and updates.
• Accurately update tickets and documentation related to hardware orders, returns and delivery issues.
• Investigate and follow up on delayed, missing or damaged shipments.
• Oversee the process of returning hardware from clients, ensuring proper handling and tracking of returned items.
• Follow company protocols to ensure all shipments meet packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Position requires heavy lifting. Must have the ability to lift and move large boxes (up to 50 lbs).
• Very detail-oriented and comfortable with following processes.
• Must be a team player and clear communicator.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to work in our Lakewood, NJ office, 9 am to 6 pm EST.
• Background in a shipping or warehousing company preferred.
• No tech background necessary.
