Job Location: Motis Distribution Germantown - Germantown, WI 53022

Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00 Hourly

Job Shift: First Shift

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the logistical needs of our warehouse from order flow coordination, troubleshooting of orders, scheduling of shipments, working with numerous online marketplaces, and other tasks that may be assigned. This role will also require partnering with other departments to help meet the needs of our customers from quoting shipments to assisting Customer Service with various matters. The Shipping Coordinator reports to the Logistics Supervisor who oversees all logistical affairs of the Warehouse.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and troubleshoot parcel orders via WMS (Warehouse Management System), sending them to the warehouse team in a timely fashion.
• Process and troubleshoot freight orders via third-party TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Work with online Marketplaces to process individual orders and stocking shipments.
• Ability to create and read various labels.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best possible customer experiences along with providing data/quotes as needed.
• Generate, modify, and update supply chain and WMS reports as required.
• Submit parcel and freight claims.
• Maintain inventory control and organization of processes/systems.
• Other duties as assigned
