Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT. You will manage outgoing shipments, receive goods in SAP, and maintain the shipping yard while coordinating with production and drivers to ensure on‑time deliveries.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse settings, forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP systems. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, including shipping and receiving, FIFO, cycle counting, and inventory control.
• SAP or Oracle experience highly preferred
• Forklift experience required

• Receive goods in SAP with appropriate documentation and storage.
• Maintain a neat work area and shipping yard in accordance with 5S+2 standards.

About the Role

The Shipping Coordinator role handles shipping requirements for the plant including coordinating drivers, deliveries, and pickups. You will work closely with the shipping attendants and production scheduler to understand production timeframes to coordinate external shipping, effectively manage expectations, and OTD.

The compensation for this position is typically start at $23.28/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
