Responsibilities

• Process and manage shipping documentation, orders, and inventory transactions in SAP
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status
• Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within SAP
• Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating logistics activities
• Support warehouse operations as needed while maintaining administrative accuracy
• Perform general administrative and data entry duties related to shipping and logistics

Shipping Administrator (SAP Experience Required)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Full-Time

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, hands-on shipping experience, and required SAP experience. The position will support daily shipping operations and requires working in both an office and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
