Cuisine Solutions Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk in San Antonio, TX to prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing orders. You will verify quantities, create shipping labels and documents, and collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills, with lifting up to 50 pounds and potential forklift certification. Work shifts run Wednesday through Sunday, 7am–3:30pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse/shipping/logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems or shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Create and process shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate daily shipments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Load and unload freight while ensuring safe handling of products.
• Track and monitor outgoing shipments and update records in the warehouse management system.
• Inspect packaged orders to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts (if certified).
• Handle shipping issues, damaged goods, and returned products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
