Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Nevada to manage small parcel, international, and freight shipments. The role is temp-to-hire within the Operations team, with first shift hours from Monday to Friday, offering medical, dental, and vision benefits.

The ideal candidate has shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork and communication skills. Proficiency with shipping software is a plus and is expected to support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in shipping or a related field is highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Proficiency in managing shipping software and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Utilizing strong shipping experience to manage small parcel, international, and freight shipments effectively.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation and procedures.
Working collaboratively with team members to support the Operations department's goals.
Remaining open to coaching and continuous improvement in shipping processes.
Exhibiting a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
