IPEX in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments, packaging, and loading operations. You will use RF scanners and WMS to track movements, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires forklift certification and experience with AS400 or similar ERP systems, with a strong eye for detail and accurate inventory control.

Formación

• Prior warehouse experience in shipping/receiving
• Forklift certification required
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and package orders using appropriate materials
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders in an e-commerce setting
• Manage stock levels through regular stocking and inventory checks; update AS400/MRP systems
• Ensure shipments comply with safety standards and company policies
• Assist in maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas for optimal workflow and safety
